The limited respondents of the research are about 45 almost. This study is restricted to complete in a given time period. This is an academic research only. 1. 7 Related to Literature Review The review is taking on the behalf of previous research of Australian school library Association. It was conducted in time period of four weeks November and December 2004.This study was about the relationship between libraries and students achievement. The term specialist, library teacher or library professional is used to avoid the confusion or determine the staff of the library (as cited in Lonsdale, 2003).According to the Lance (2001a), Lance notice that Alaska is the first study that verifies the importance of the library teacher as a teacher of information, literacy and their impact on the students achievement (as cited in Lonsdale, 2003). This study is so far conducted to show the ben efits of the school libraries where the students have positive and involved environment for increasing the reading habits and getting the most possible benefits closest to their achievement by comparing the results of those schools where libraries are non-existence.Since 2000, ten major studies (in Alaska, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Texas, Oregon, Massachusetts, Scotland, Michigan, Iowa and New Mexico) have observed the positive impact of libraries on students achievement. Particularly, the huge part of the research has been taken in the united sates (Lonsdale, 2003). The authors of Colorado study applied their regularityology across contrasting states of USA. In a study performed in Alaska, it was found that librarians are the information empowered, because librarians are playing three roles they are teachers, information specialist and administrators who motivated or empowers the students and others teachers to gather the more and more information and meet academic achievement (La nce, Hamilton-Pennell & Rodney, 1999). Furthermore, libraries are playing most important role in providing the broad range of reading resources and for those students who cannot afford to buy new reading materials day by day and for those parents who cannot provide their children such range of reading materials.Libraries are without any paying or free of cost facilitating those who have strong reading habits. Some students have bad memories of schools and have negative attitude towards study. An excerpt in chapter seven states, Lets enjoy a little more of this, Brett pushed her glass forward. Then Mrs. Barnes states, She is the only lady I have ever known who was as charming when she was drunk as when she was sober. Brett is very independent and does not rely on a single man for anything. She makes her own decisions and looks after herself everyday. Bretts lifestyle is far from perfect because she does not really own any possessions, but she is happy.Other females occasionally look upon her as a whore or slut solely because she is different, but she chooses the lifestyle she lives and loves it. To prove this point true Jake states, Brett was radiant. She was happy. The sun was out and the day was bright. The differences bet ween Daisy and Brett are very evident to the reader. They are almost as complete opposites if analyzed closely. Daisy and Brett have very distinctly different views on conformity, different types of personalities, and two exclusively different lifestyles.

This is where groups such as ADVOCACY and YOUR VOICE COUNTS carry a large role in the lives of adults with disabilities. Remember that everyone is an individual. People do not always like to be categorised in a bad-tempered equalities group. And individuals within equalities groups will have vastly different experiences, views and opinions. The legislation relating to equality, diversity and inclusion, stems both from UK government and European Union.It offers protection from discrimination on grounds of age, disability, gender, run for and ethnic origin, religious faith or belief and sexual orientation. The legislation has implications on all workplaces, in hurt of employment practice and in terms of the services provided. Compliance with the legislation must be embedded in your Equality, Diversity and Inclusion policies. You need to adopt a very broa d based approach to ensure that all relevant legislative requirements are addressed and take full responsibility for actions in your role of responsibility.In my role I am sometimes responsible for ensuring ongoing appropriate staff development and training to support all staff in promoting inclusion and meeting legislation requirements. CQC took over the roles of healthcare commission, commission for social care inspection and the mental health act commission in March 2009.This prompted government to bet into force THE EQUALITY ACT which brought different types of discrimination within one piece of legislation. It provides understandable, practical guidance for employers, service providers and public bodies to ensure that right to second-rate treatment are promoted for everyone. Equality act 2010 is the law which bans unfair treatment and helps achieve equal opportunities in the workplace and wider society. The act replaced previous anti-discrimination laws with single act to make the law simpler and to remove inconsistencies.This makes law easier for people to understand and comply with. The act also strengthened protection in some situations. The act covers o rder protected characteristics, which cannot be used as a reason to treat people unfairly. Every person has one or more of the protected characteristics, so the act protects everyone against unfair treatment. They protected characteristics are the following Age, Disability, Gender reassignment, Marriage and civil partnership, Pregnancy and maternity, Race, Religion or belief, Sex, Sexual orientation.The equality act sets out the different ways in which it is unlawful to treat someone, such as direct and indirect discrimination, harassment, victimisation and failing to make a reasonable adjustment for a disabled person. The act prohibits unfair treatment in the workplace, when providing goods, facilities and services, when exercising public functions, in the disposal and management of premises, in education and by association (such as private clubs). The MENTAL CAPACITY ACT is designed to protect people who cant make a decision for themselves or overleap the mental capacity to do so.This act is something that i refer to daily in my everyday work at pgb. CODES OF PRACTICE. In England and Wales, the general social care council (GSCC) is responsible for ensuring that standards within social care sector are of the highest quality. It has developed codes of practice for all care workers that include information on how to protect and promote the rights of individuals using the service. The codes of practice provide a guide to the best practice and set out standards of conduct that workers are expected to meet.

A visit to a Buddhist temple for a service is a chance for a new experience and to expand personal cultural horizons. People just came in and knelt on the floor or sat in benched towards the keep going of the room. The front of the room was open and most people just went up and sat or knelt on the floor. The service opened up with one and half hours of meditation.A time for reflection and prayer. At about 1100 one of the monks went to the front and knelt facing the congregation. People sat up and faced him. The monk gave a long chatter on the feelings of others and how we all should be considerate of those feelings. He spoke on the source of strength as the time one spends in meditation. He spoke for nearly an hour. (Brooke). Then several monks began chanting and orgasm from the back of the temple and marched to the front others from the congregation began to join them.
